The battery has had charging issues from the day it arrived. The company has been telling me its the charger that was stuffed and that they would refund me 40usd to buy a new charger. I bought a new charger and it still wouldnt charge the battery. I told them the BMS is stuffed and having issues but they kept saying it was the charger. I have tried 3 different chargers and none of them charge this piece of shit battery. I would not recommend this battery or company to anyone. Biggest waste of money on a piece of shit battery. I Repeat the battery never charged properly from the first day it arrived, it wasnt a charger issue. I still have the original charger that they refunded me for and it still pushes out its charge voltage of 58.8v as stated on the charger. This supplier can try to make every excuse up about the battery charger polarity being wrong in the charger I bought but it was just a bad fuse. I replaced this fuse and the charger is working fine.

The battery only became unusable after a period of use. The customer personally tested the battery's charge and discharge port voltages, which were consistent. The 52V battery still maintained a voltage of 48.1V, capable of discharging but not charging. Furthermore, regarding the second charger purchased by the customer, they explicitly informed us that the charger had exploded. Subsequent testing revealed this was caused by polarity reversal from the charger, resulting in the BMS charging fuse circuit being burnt out. Our initial refund of $40 was due to quality issues with the charger manufacturer we previously collaborated with, hence reimbursing the customer for the charger cost. We have since ceased cooperation with that manufacturer. We can only express our sincere apologies, as the battery is no longer in our possession and we are unable to determine which specific charger caused the battery failure.

SCAM DONT BUY!!
Quality: The quality of the product was terrible, the battery looks like it is glued together and has dents and scratches all over, the battery lead was super short, not even long enough to reach the plug. the battery was functioning fine for a little while but then stopped working after about 2 hours of light use.
Refund: I applied for a refund originally when I received the product for the dents and scratches and they gave me 150 USD, a fraction of what I paid for the product but It was just dents and the battery worked good at the time so I accepted the refund. Then the battery stopped working fully and when I tried to get a more of a refund they denied it saying that they had already refunded me even though I only got a small amount.
Supplier: The supplier was pretty average, far from polite but acceptable, until I made the purchase. after I paid them they went days without responding and when they did they were rude and unhelpful.
DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!

Firstly, we refunded the customer due to the unsightly appearance of the battery charger and battery. Secondly, after receiving one refund, the customer proceeded to test the voltage of a depleted battery using the faulty charger. They even threatened us with a negative review, demanding an additional full refund on top of the $150 (effectively a full refund plus $150). Moreover, there had been no communication whatsoever for some time. Only after one of our malicious customers tracked them down and contacted them did they suddenly demand a refund. It is difficult for us not to suspect this is a scam. Regarding claims that we did not respond for several hours, this is because we are based in China, where there is a time difference with other countries. During non-working hours, we are resting – can we be expected to respond to him in our sleep?
