The battery has had charging issues from the day it arrived. The company has been telling me its the charger that was stuffed and that they would refund me 40usd to buy a new charger. I bought a new charger and it still wouldnt charge the battery. I told them the BMS is stuffed and having issues but they kept saying it was the charger. I have tried 3 different chargers and none of them charge this piece of shit battery. I would not recommend this battery or company to anyone. Biggest waste of money on a piece of shit battery. I Repeat the battery never charged properly from the first day it arrived, it wasnt a charger issue. I still have the original charger that they refunded me for and it still pushes out its charge voltage of 58.8v as stated on the charger. This supplier can try to make every excuse up about the battery charger polarity being wrong in the charger I bought but it was just a bad fuse. I replaced this fuse and the charger is working fine. 

SCAM DONT BUY!! Quality: The quality of the product was terrible, the battery looks like it is glued together and has dents and scratches all over, the battery lead was super short, not even long enough to reach the plug. the battery was functioning fine for a little while but then stopped working after about 2 hours of light use. Refund: I applied for a refund originally when I received the product for the dents and scratches and they gave me 150 USD, a fraction of what I paid for the product but It was just dents and the battery worked good at the time so I accepted the refund. Then the battery stopped working fully and when I tried to get a more of a refund they denied it saying that they had already refunded me even though I only got a small amount. Supplier: The supplier was pretty average, far from polite but acceptable, until I made the purchase. after I paid them they went days without responding and when they did they were rude and unhelpful. DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!
